Welcome to Xaman Tours! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a tour. By reserving a tour with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Tours can be booked online or in person at our San Pedro or San Marcos offices.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards from any country.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable. This policy helps us protect our guides’ time, prepare the ATVs, and ensure your tour is reserved exclusively for you.

  • If you need to change your tour time, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

3. Weather Policy

  • Tours may still run in light rain or changing weather conditions.

  • In the case of severe weather that affects safety, Xaman Tours reserves the right to delay, modify, or reschedule the tour.

  • We do not issue refunds for weather-related changes unless Xaman Tours cancels the tour entirely.

4. Safety Requirements

To ensure everyone’s safety:

  • Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.

  • Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement and comply with any licensing rules.

  • All guests must follow the instructions of the guide at all times.

  • Xaman Tours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.

5. Liability & Responsibility

By participating in an ATV tour, you acknowledge:

  • ATV riding involves inherent risks, including rough terrain, weather changes, and physical activity.

  • Guests are responsible for riding safely and controlling their ATV at all times.

  • Any damage to the ATV caused by reckless or improper use may result in repair charges.

  • Xaman Tours is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

6. Health & Participation

Guests should be in reasonable physical condition to participate. Please inform your guide of:

  • Any injuries, conditions, or concerns before the tour begins.

  • Pregnant individuals or anyone with mobility limitations should consult their doctor before joining an ATV tour.

7. Children & Passengers

  • Children may join as passengers only if they meet the age, size, and safety requirements established by Xaman Tours.

  • The guide’s decision regarding safety is final.

8. Photo & Media

  • Guides may take photos during the tour, which guests are welcome to use for personal purposes.

  • Xaman Tours may also use photos taken by staff for marketing unless guests request otherwise.

9. Punctuality

  • Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

  • Late arrivals may miss the tour, and no refunds can be provided.

10. Local Respect & Cultural Guidelines

  • We kindly ask guests to be respectful of local communities, traditions, and private property during tours.

  • Please ask before photographing people in the villages.

11. Agreement

By booking a tour with Xaman Tours, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • You accept all risks associated with ATV riding.

  • You agree to follow guide instructions for your safety and the safety of others.
