A Q100 cash deposit is required at pickup. If you don’t have Q100 in cash, you can leave a valid passport or ID instead.

Security Deposit
Your scooter will have fuel when you pick it up. Please refill the tank before returning it.

Fuel
Scooters must remain within the towns around Lake Atitlán. If you’re unsure whether your planned route is permitted, just ask our team before you head out.

You’re responsible for the scooter during your rental. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in an additional charge.
